Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. Final savings depend on supplier confirmation, product type and order value.
These terms describe use of the Catalystbay Sourcing website and inquiry form. The service is an independent sourcing partner for catalytic converter replacement parts. It does not manufacture converters, hold maker licenses, or certify vehicle emissions.
Submitting a form asks us to organize factory quote requests based on the specifications you provide. It does not create a purchase contract, hold inventory or confirm fitment. Supplier responses remain subject to their own terms.
Requests for delete pipes, emissions defeat devices, sensor simulators or scrap-metal recovery programs are outside this service. We may decline to forward such requests.
You are responsible for vehicle identifiers, destination statements and quantity figures you send. We may ask suppliers to confirm those points; we do not treat a named converter as inspection-ready in any state.
To the extent permitted by law, Catalystbay Sourcing is not liable for installation results, inspection outcomes or supplier production delays. Document claims belong to the issuing supplier and the identified part number.
