What buyers control
Application requirements, destination state, quantity by position, optional USD budget (per piece or whole order) and whether they prefer premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided supplier tradeoffs. Acceptance of a sample or lot remains the buyer’s decision.
What the service coordinates
Clarifying inlet/outlet, length, sensor ports and engine family; requesting comparable factory information; and lining up quotation line items so packing, freight and documents can be reviewed together.
What suppliers confirm
Fitment references, new versus remanufactured status, substrate or assembly description, warranty scope they actually offer, sample terms and shipment commitments. Those statements apply only to the named part.
What remains open
No own-factory identity, authorization, customer count, stock figure or savings claim is implied. CARB or EPA wording without an EO, converter part number and vehicle list stays unverified.
