This policy explains how Catalystbay Sourcing handles information submitted through the catalytic converter inquiry form. We do not operate a published office address or phone line on this site.
The form may include name, work email, company, phone and a free-text purchasing requirement. Optional budget and supplier preference are merged into that requirement at submission when JavaScript is available. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.
Inquiry details are used to clarify specifications and to request factory quotations from potential suppliers. We do not sell inquiry lists. Unverified supplier documents attached later remain tied to that inquiry, not to a public catalog.
We keep inquiry records only as needed to coordinate the request or as required by applicable law. You may ask, through the same form, what personal data we hold for a prior inquiry if you can identify it.
